Full refund only applies with 24 hours notice of date adjustment or cancellation.

Daintree Tours:

A refund is not provided for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure. Amendments to bookings may be made without charge up to 48hrs prior to departure, subject to availability.

Brisbane Cruises:

72 hrs notice is required for general scheduled cruises. Cancellations within this time will not be refunded. Four and six weeks is required for special events.

Melbourne River Cruises:

Sightseeing River Cruises cancelled 72 hours or less prior to departure will not be eligible for a refund. Cruising Restaurant bookings cancelled with 7 days or less prior to departure will not be eligible for a refund.

Eco Safaris Queensland:

Cancellation Fee: Within 48 hours – 20% of fee, within 24 hours – 100% of fee PLUS any fee incurred by activities ESQ books with external companies.

Autopia Tours:

Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Accredited Bus Number: AC003612 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
